How long will it take to receive my order & what are the prices?

We ship to every country in the world for free & your package will be delivered by your local shipping company. All items (except headwear) are shipped from the UK, and may come in separate packages (no extra shipping cost).

The delivery times are following:

Can I cancel my order?

We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled. The package can be returned as indicated below.


BAKED. offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you would like to return an item for a refund, please contact us using the mail below. All apparel must be unworn in new condition. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will issue a full refund, less shipping charges. 

For returns, please write to us on [email protected] and have “Refund” as the subject for contact. We will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

I received my order and would like to exchange for another size

If you have received your order and would like an exchange you must send it back at your expense within 14 days of receiving it. All apparel must be unworn in new condition. Upon receiving your apparel back, we will happily resend out your new item. Please note, you must pay for additional shipping.

Incorrect Address

We cannot offer refunds for lost or undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being provided at checkout. This includes forgetting to write in an apartment or suite number. If your order is returned to us, you may request to have it resent. You may be responsible for additional shipping charges. Always double check your address.

Customs, Import Fees & Duties

All BAKED. apparel is shipped from our headquarters in Europe. If you are an international customer outside of the EU, you may be responsible for duties or fees by your local border services for received goods purchased online outside of your country. In our experience these fees rarely surpass 10-20% of your order value but we recommend checking with your local customs in your country first if you are worried about these charges. No refunds of customs fees will be provided.

I did not receive my order.

If you did not receive your order after 30 days since your order was placed, please email [email protected]. We will not respond to complaints regarding orders placed less than 30 days ago. International delivery is dependent not only on the post company but on the timeliness of your local postal service. We will then open a support ticket and investigate the location of your order. If your item is deemed lost in transit, we will resend a replacement order no earlier than 10 business days after your support ticket is opened.
